Default What movie would you remake for fixing up the plot errors?

What movie would you remake for fixing up the plot errors?

I will start with a short list of mine, with movies that contained very heavy logic plot errors that would have made movies great with thoese already fixed in pre-production.

As you might see, all the movies I am talking about were written by homosexuals, or obvious crazy weirdos or freaks who can't have a partner in real life, who can't think in a rational way about humans, therefore the plots they made are mindless and absurd.

1 Psycho - The main female character should have been a lesbian, and stay in the motel with her lesbian lover. This way it would be more believable to see psycho kerking off, if he would see them both in the shower making out.

2 2001 - The two main characters would have been a male - female couple, thos way HAL would become jealous because watching them both fucking everywhere. And at the end when HAL kills the male, it would be rational that a pregnant female would switch off HAL and then deliver birth to her children.

Another movie I really hate because of ill concieved direction is Westworld.

The sad thing is that at the beginning the cool guy dies, and the loser becomes the main charcter that has to stand up against the evil robots.

I mean check this out:

This guy dies at the beginning - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000981/

This loser becomes the hero - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000907/

FUck it like you see a movie where Bruce WIllis dies in the beginning, and Woody Allen becomes the action hero instead.

WTF the director was thinking?

I would remake this movie right away, with Bruce Willis playing the killer robot.

ANd this time I would make the loser die, and the cool guy becoming the hero.

Jumper. That's one of my favourite books. It wouod have made an awesome movie too. If the goddamn screen writers would have just used the plot from the book instead of turning it into to ultra scifi action movie. The fact that the movie has the same name as the book and the fact that the main dude can teleport is the only similarities between them. Just pisses me off since the book plot was intriguing and believable.

Never read the book, but I understand what you are saying.

The whole idea of the book was lost, when the hollywood assholes started to try making the movie more accessible to the masses.

I don't knwo why, but when hollywood people start changing what is wrotten in the book it always end up bing dull shit.

In the movie The Invention Of Lying.

They start the movie under the false reality in which nobody has yet to lie.
They are very honest and call each other by the blunt terms which they are.
Someone calls another a douchebag.

If there could be no outright lying, and the fact they were so blunt with what people really were, then they couldnt call another a douchebag, because the person isnt an actual, literal douchebag.

It bugged me through the whole movie. They tried so hard to point out how blunt they were, which is why it made me
