They are very honest and call each other by the blunt terms which they are.
Someone calls another a douchebag.
If there could be no outright lying, and the fact they were so blunt with what people really were, then they couldnt call another a douchebag, because the person isnt an actual, literal douchebag.
It bugged me through the whole movie. They tried so hard to point out how blunt they were, which is why it made me
