I would guess that grocery stores there would be called grocery stations instead. Their govt would send a truck every week or so and give them a certain amount of stock. Then everyone else can just swap currency for goods. There might be strict record keeping and audits to check if the grocery store worker's arent creating a black market or anything.

Still, im not sure how the more-desirable foods will cost.
