How many have played BRINK and liked it?

When I saw the first intro cgi video of BRINK, I thought it was awesome.

But after I saw the gameplay vidoes, I realised it was another stupid FPS bullshit, thanks god I saw that before buying this boring, stupid game.

It is obvious that the game industry did another brainless game for gametards who enjoy looking at a hand holding weapons and watching pixels running on the screen, thinking oh cool - its a FPS, i can't see shit, but I get to see a dumb hand holding a weapon full screen...

I rented it for 3 nights, played it for about 45 minutes when I bought it home and didn't even touch it for the next two days. Luckily I only wasted £6, I pity the poor cunts that paid full price for it.

Was really looking forward to it before it came out but you couldn't buy it in the UK on Steam for a while and by the time you could I'd read reviews and people on forums. Just another reason why I don't believe anything they say when they're marketing a game before it's released.

i might get it once it gets down to $5 on steam. it does have pretty good artistic direction though. I especially like parkour dude and mutant Altair

It was pretty fun, probably wouldn't have the same view if I had bought it.

It's bad. Great Idea, I like some of the parkour elements, and the classes were a nice idea, but the game is just flawed all around. The story is completely terrible though. The Bots are braindead at times, but then they just headshot you out of the blue. The guns are terrible, other than SMGs until you can upgrade them, I just thought it was a bad game all around. Had it for a day, got 400 gamerscore on it and returned it. I guess it's an alright achievement whoring game.

It's a great game if you enjoi FPS - but yeah I'll have to say that the Video was misleading - I know of alot of people who tried the game out and were shocked to find out it was a FPS - most of them thought it was a.. GTA Style game.

I played the trial full version on steam once. It seemed really cool, I liked it. But, with so many online shooters, I doubt Brink would be my main squeeze if I had one.
