alright so i doubt anyone here can but who here thinks they can run faster than me? im pretty sure i can beat anyone here unless maybe someone runs track or some shit. i can run 3 miles in 18 minutes and 24 seconds

I remember him running the 3 mile gig, always so intent to break some time I can't remember. And then breaking a couple hurdling records instead.

He's a fast bugger.

Wait but can you seriously run in that time? Because that's actually pretty darn fast, keeping up with a pace of 6 min miles throughout.

I can run a 6 minute mile but my 3 mile is done in 7min increments. I'm a sprinter though. My 40 is as quick as some slow nfl players

Ehh depending on how slow that really doesn't say much. I ran a 4.9 in 10th grade an that's on par with "slower" nfl players (really nothing special).

If you can hit a 4.6 or something though that's pretty impressive.

I've done 1.5 miles in under ten. They didn't give me an exact time but I kept track on an analogue clock as I ran. Not really completely accurate but I know it was under ten. I'm a smoker, too.
