God... I have no idea.

I'm going to some school next year... I think. I got into a bunch of colleges and some universities. I have no idea what I want to do when I'm older.

I'm not doing much planning on this. Most people never stick to their plan anyways. Ima just let shit happen.

I am joining in March next year. I'd join RIGHT now (but I have two non refundable flights booked). They're in their last years, did you know that? (It's practically now or never). For the next 3 months I'm going to work my highly overpaid, under skilled potentially deadly labor job. In the mean time I will finish my Freelance Journalism course, buy my self a nice $900 camera (thanks Kevin Rudd!), sell all the things I don't need (motorbike, etc) and head off on my holiday. First stop is New Zealand where I'm finishing my International A license (25 jump Sky diving license). During this time I'm working in a bar and hostel, heli skiing and doing some back country snowboarding.

This is till October which is when I fly to the Cook Islands, relax, get some sun and do some snorkeling/diving. Fly back home and then straight to Darwin. From Darwin I go to Singapore, then Malaysia, then Thailand.

In Thailand I intend to get a heap of partying (full moon parties), drugs and women. Cambodia I want to fire a rocket launcher, machine gun and rifles. Laos I want to go to Vang Vieng. Then I do Vietnam as well. From there I fly to Nepal to finish my charity work and to personally oversee the spending of the money I've raised. This is where I'll do a 3 month program to teach English at a Buddhist monastery/orphanage. I'll do some trekking, hunting, rock climbing, white water rafting and I'll hire the same Ex Gurkha guide my ex gf did to lead me to a secret forest made only of orange trees....and WEED PLANTS. The crop, which is enormous, is guarded by a 93 year old toothless Nepali man who just asks you to fill up your back pack with bud, not make a big deal, and leave.

From Kathmandu I will fly to Srinigar in northern India, do some snowboarding at Gulmarg (a ski resort surrounded by the military due to it being in a hostile zone, right near Pakistan), then I'll most likely be the poorest cunt going around. This is when I fly to Germany, mooch of my relatives, visit some lovely lady friends in Ireland then it's off to the FFL. I was worried that if I was seriously wounded and disabled, that I'd be just abandoned, but after having emailed back and forth with them they've informed me that you do get a pension in the case of an injury so I have nothing to lose but my life (and being permanently disfigured).

Here I'll work for 2 years (probably more, maybe less depending if I'm in a hot zone - death rates are 1/10) I'll probably end up deserting, as I feel it's an aspect that's just as important as joining. Then I'll send a large portion of the money back home, but only after buying my self a nice KTM or Honda dirt bike and traveling a while longer.

A nice woman comes no where into my plans, either does setting my self up financially. If I am able to get everything I just mentioned done, I'll have enough photos/stories to pay my bills for a year (as a freelance travel journalist). There's no point planning too far into your future. The most minute change could ruin all your plans in a week, so imagine 10 or 20 years?

Age 20: "Get married, have kids" -

Age 30: "oops, got testicular cancer, had them removed". What's the fucking point? We all die, might as well make it specfuckingtacular.

I'd like to write a book about my adventure, but that's probably a no goer. I know what I planned seems unrealistic - but for the first time in my life I have the financial means to back up my desires. I'm actually booked in to leave - July.

These are my plans for the rest of my 20s (30s is too far away to realistically plan for) -

Work-life plans: after graduating (June this year), get job as an Assistant Psychologist for a year or two before doing the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Will hopefully be fully chartered by 26-27y/o. Be involved in research throughout.

Personal-life plans: live back with parents to save up for about year so I can get a place with boyfriend. Save up for our wedding. Have lots of holidays & fun times with friends. Start trying for kids (want two) around 30 y/o.

Right now I am working 40 hours a week, 7-3:30 every day to make money. toraton and I have bought a house together and a car that will last us quite a long time.

I think in the future, I want to try to do more artwork, and sell it. I want to try to get a book deal, where I design the covers and maybe chapter headings for the books. I don't necessarily want a permanent job with a publishing house or anything, I just want to do it on the side, so I can focus on my personal artwork.

Eventually, I think toraton and I will have children... when that happens, I'll likely end up a stay at home mom for awhile while the kids are still young, and work more on my artwork. I hope to be able to make at least some money off of my work, to help support the family.

That's about all of the planning I have... more of a "I'd like to..." than a plan. I mean, we are working toward it, but it's not really set in stone.

In about 1-2 months I'll be a certified electrical technician. I figure with the economy I should get skilled in something that's practical in case of depression/mad max style Armageddon/whatever. Then I may or may not decide to finish high school, but I'm close so might as well. I'll spend a good 5-10 years doing absolutely nothing and wandering around the world. I'd like to live on the street for a few years and do a gonzo style book. I'd like to squat in a dilapidated apartment and paint/write music. I'll take the sex as it comes but I'm not going to worry about not getting enough. I want to spend a day or two in an isolation tank and go completely insane. I want to move to the least bullshit South American country I can find and be a pepper farmer. I'd like to learn how to blow glass and make my own pieces/grow my own bud.

My real goals are to experience as much as I possibly can. college would be cool but I feel like it would weigh me down for longer than I think I could stand, maybe in my 30's. I think I could find a "soul mate" or some such bullshit, but I would never marry and I don't believe in having more than one kid, I do like the little bastards though so I would probably adopt as many as I could support.

If I had the opportunity I'd like to: become photosynthetic, have a harem in the Maldives, make a working model of my electronic inventions, get a few tattoos, own an original Salvador Dali, die in my 60's while fucking my girlfriend outside on a warm sunny day listening to aqueous transmission by incubus.

And that is my plan for happiness.
