Shit is crazy. Sound/Level designers were on something good.

It's lets you draw your hat, throwing weapon, ranged weapon and melee weapon.

I drew me a Sombrero and an angry duck as a throwing weapon:

Nah, the instructions are bad, you click to use them, but didn't figure out how to toggle through them...

And yeah, Vizier was right, first thing I drew was a dildo as a throwing weapon and cock as melee.
