Is 34 km/hour winds bad?

No, those are not particularly high winds. They shouldn't be enough to wreck a place.

nah, it's not that bad. back when i was in PA school was canceled one day due to 60-70 mph winds. i guess that's when it's dangerous.

Well there were 150km/h winds near here a couple of days ago... that's enough to fuck up some trees, stop some planes from landing and cause a semi to go off the road.
