If you're going for a decently sized ebay scam, building feedback is relatively cheap and easy, and definitely worth the time. Shouldn't really need my help figuring out how, but there are tons of things on ebay you can buy for $0.01. Get ten or twenty, make sure to get feedback, and bam. All of a sudden you look like a more reliable source, and are less likely to get thumbed down by Paypal.
