Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
Who else experiences sleep paralysis? There's just something that feels so paranormal about it. Sometimes it's almost like I'm being attacked. I always get the feeling of an entity being present, until now it's just freaked me out and made me panic. It was different this time though. So at some point in my sleep a blue light comes on and that's when I notice two hot girls buckfuck naked in the corner of my room, touching eachother's asses, fingering eachother and eating pussy. You could say that things were getting steamy in a hurry. Maybe I was wrong about sleep paralysis... This would be the first time that I wasn't trying to fight my way out of the experience. No more Old Hag. Ding dong, the bitch is dead. She's been replaced by hot, young... pornstars? I'm not afraid anymore. Sleep paralysis is alot cooler than I had originally thought. Would I do it again? absolutely.

Its possible to dream that you're experiencing sleep paralysis, which is probably what you did, this time.

Bullshit it's sweet. I got it a few times years back and it's never good hallucinations. Every time I had it there was a feeling of dread even if rationally you know whats going in. Its hard to explain.

Most humans are not aware they are actually spirit.

Sleep paralysis is the perfect way to step into a lucid dream or OBE, i've experienced first hand.

Re: Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
I have sleep paralysis all the time now.
I just let whatever was there drag me, and it was pretty much my imagination.

I've had some weird experiences with slipping out of a dream in which I was experiencing SP to being conscious and actually having it. I was too tired at the time to get out of bed so it went on for quite some time until I really just couldn't take it any longer and forced myself to climb out of bed.
I disagree though, SP sucks.

Re: Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
Trying to "break free" from sleep paralysis makes me feel like a Dragon Ball Z character. Mentally I'm like NNNNNNNNNNNNGGGHHHH... and then I wake up and grab a midnight snack, because if you fall asleep again immediately after you can get sucked back in.
The best lucid dreams are those experienced when you randomly wake up and go back to a light sleep in the wee hours of the morning. Always makes my day when I experience one. I guess it's one of the perks of being a bad sleeper.

Re: Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
Hahaha, "sucked back in", maybe that's the point you woke up in the first place, and you could "go back in" but this time control.
Well, maybe that's what you are experiencing when you lucid dream in the morning. But are you just getting caught in the vibratory cycle resulting in a quantization in perception?
XD

You're not wrong there, it always feels like a massive struggle to pull yourself out of it, even when you know what's occurring.

Re: Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
There's a trick.
Basically.
Imagine if there's a safeguard in place. (Only XX amount of energy will break the hold, up until that, it will only work to keep the body stuck)
So you can sit there and fight, but it will always be a brute force type game that you will eventually win but may suffer a little for.
It's extremely easy to fall back into your body, knowingly, and then wake up that way. I say knowingly, because it is a vulnerability point, most people simply forget as soon as they close their eyes. And either remain stuck, or fall completely asleep, or can cause a kind of uncomfortable, potential nightmarish situation with the new sensations.
This is actually what we are training for every night.
It's also extremely easy to realize the potential of the mind and body in this state, because you either do that, or brute force your way out.

Hell yes. I used to try and make myself have lucid dreams every weekend. This type of thing happens to me on a daily basis but usually I don't go lucid, but it helps me remember my dreams.

Re: Sleep paralysis is actually pretty sweet
Remember, no need to stress either. If it's something normal, it's something that can be countered. Even if it's not, then there's something that can be done.
Like, you like brain power, will power right?
Well, check your diet for any food or substances that zap that out.
