Some people think "adult breast feeding" is wierd and lude. Technically speaking, consuming human milk in any manner is more "natural" than drinking the milk of any non-human animal. Most animals drink the milk of their own species. Only humans harvest and consume milk from other species on a mass scale. Human milk is more suitable/tailored for human beings, so it's also more beneficial than, say, cows milk. If anything is wierd, it's drinking milk from another animal.

Just that there have been reported cases, and this is something they do in lactation porn all the time. Some of those porn stars have never been pregnant. Though it's very impractical, but it can be accomplished.
