Anchovies are awesome. Last pizza I had was pepperoni, sausage, bacon and half anchovies. Soooo fucking yummy! I definitely couldn't eat anchovies on every pizza though, way too rich!

but anyway, not to turn this into another us vs them shitfest, what color is your mozzarella cheese 'over there'? I honestly couldn't see using any other cheese than that on a standard issue pizza. It is sort of light and can cover a lot of real estate. It doesn't have as much flavor as cheddar but I think its creaminess works as an advantage.
