Two boys, 15 and 16, have been charged as adults with robbing and sexually assaulting a Highland Park teen near the Congress Theatre on New Year's Eve, police said today.

Terrance M. Ford, 15, and Aamwar W. Barbour, 16, are charged with kidnapping, robbery and aggravated criminal sexual assault in the brutal attack. They are scheduled to appear in bond court this morning, police said.
