I walked a great dane a few weeks ago volunteering at the animal shelter. He was huge and the sweetest thing ever, besides thinking my boobs were tennis balls and nipping at them. I wanted to adopt him so bad, but my parents said no, although they did hesitate. Like he knows he's so big, when he wants to play with you, he'll just swat you lightly with his paws instead of jumping on you.

Awesome, I was at the Humane Society volunteering last week before my shift and there was a 4 year old male Great Dane who was there because it's past owners passed away. That fella was at my hips. Loved to play ball and was very well trained.

I would've adopted him but I don't think my dog would like it too much the age he is. He's very timid.

Nice! This guy was still young, bout a year or two. And the previous owner had starved the poor thing, I mean he was skin and bones and had to be put on a special diet.

It's funny to think that some idiots payed 1-2 grand for these great danes, tossed em' out when they don't want them, and someone can buy them for $90 at the animal shelter.

I can get puppies for $40 from the local humane society. The people around here don't give two shits about dogs though, you see them running loose in the road all the time, i see ones hit by cars occasionally too
