I dont know what the hell you're talking about. The Life Pursuit is probably my favorite album by them, and the new one, "Write About Love," while not my favorite, still has some damn good songs on it. Check out the song "I want the world to stop" if you haven't. It's off the newest album, and goddamn is that shit catchy.

Yeah, I just read the Wiki article on Jeff Mangum and it was saying how he's been playing some small-ish shows here and there, along with playing at Coachella and things like that.
Honestly, though, I really only like In the Aeroplane Over the Sea - their earlier stuff is no fun to listen to, probably unless you're an extremely die-hard NMH fan.

yea i never took the effort to listen to anything besides In the Aeroplane because that album is just so perfect there's no way any of their other shit could come close.

I saw them last year. They're still touring right now. They play a lot of there old stuff.
