It still remains unclear as to what, exactly he was hoping to accomplish. The M&A people are being very tight lipped about it, since they seem to forget they're just a bunch of boring faggots who run an obscure website - and, not some elite branch of former CIA agents.

I don't think there is much more to the sorry honestly. Rdp probably just made the thread in m&a after he realized he fucked up on the regular forms to try too save his mod position but wires said "nope!" And banned his ass, like it should be.

Could have totally gone down like that. We really have no way to know though. And RDPs thread was not actually shown to us, he very well could have stated his intentions in there, and he probably did. I can't imagine him making a thread saying he was harvesting PI without explaining why. The why was never relayed to us, and the entire thing was very hush hush at first, and to me that signifies he may have been making threats.

What makes you believe there was any more to it than that? RDP is a faggot, I'm sure his intentions for the PI he collected involved at the most spreading it around on the site and at the least (most likely for him) doing absolutely nothing with it because he is a pussy ass bitch.

Why? What purpose could they have for being so hush hush unless he made threats? Until actual information is provided on the subject, my opinion is that he did make threats, and the administration had thus far tried to conceal that fact. And even if that isn't true, the way this situation was handled was still inappropriate.

Hypothetically, if I were in america (the land of legal liability and where zoklet is hosted), and RDP sent me a letter bomb, could this website be at all legally responsible? I mean its a moot point either way because rdp is too stupid to work letter bombs, nor could I sue him from a foreign country, but hypothetically, could they be held legally responsible?

Honestly I agree with you but at the same time if you gave someone like that your PI its whatever. I got that same pm, in fact I believe I was one of the first 5 to get it but I ignored it without even looking at his thread. The fact that my PM was addressed to me as well as a bunch of people I know for a fact don't even touch regular drugs (like blunderful) threw a huge red flag for me. Then a little later I got curious and checked out the thread that was in the PM jus tto see what was going on cause I was bored. AND LOL the sample sizes listed were so huge and so many given out that even if I didn't get that PM I would have known exactly what was going on. One more thing that made it painfully obvious was the fact that the formatting for the post was so perfect, I don't think a single vendor has ever had their first post perfectly conform to RDP's nazi formatting rules.

That essentially gave validity to his claim that he is a legit vendor. He abused his moderator abilities to con the user base into giving them personal info.

How does the administration publicly respond? They didn't. Not for a couple days anyway. And when they did, it was essentially an announcement saying "lol you're stupid for giving that dude your PI", which, albeit, is totally true, but it doesn't change the fact that they were deceived at an administration level. This isn't like some spam bot registered and sent out mass pms, the guy had an approved thread in the service center, not something anyone could do.

The actual explanation RDP gave has not been relayed. It has not been confirmed if he threatened the members at all, and they are deliberately being very hush hush.

You can only get a thread in the service center if a mod approves it (thread has since been deleted), so for all intensive purposes this mud farmer appeared to have the blessing of the administration.
