The crime rates are lower in Mexico (everywhere) than they are in the USA. Every major city in the USA has a crime rate that is higher than every major Mexican city.

crime happens everywhere. its the countries with the biggest pussies for a population that have the highest figures because its only pussy victim types that report crimes and so add to the statistics. that pussy that gets mugged and immediately starts shaking, pleading for his life and going 'here have my wallet, have my watch, here take my wedding ring just please don't hurt me', is going to go running straight to the law like a bitch, hoping they will get his stuff back.

so crime rates really just show how many pussies compared to people who are prepared to stand up for themselves there are. maybe at best it can show parts of a city that are more crime ridden, but a city or country at large they show little.
