Second half of the season is starting tomorrow...
Quote:
1608 - Sarcastaball

As a concerned parent, Randy radically changes the way football is played at South Park Elementary. The new version of the game quickly becomes the nation’s most popular sport. One gifted student emerges as a star athlete in sarcastaball.

Yeah, and Mr. Garrison episodes too.
I wish that when Garrison got his penis back, they should have had him keep his tits so he could be a post-post-op tranny.
I don't have high hopes for this new season, though. Last 2 seasons mostly sucked, IMO.

Actually pretty good. I still get that feeling that I'm watching more out of obligation than pure enjoyment, but still, quite a good job.
Very much looking forward to the episode after the US election

Tomorrow's episode...
Quote:
1609 - Raising the Bar
Airdate: 2012-10-03
Cartman owns up to being fat and decides that driving around on a scooter is his right. Kyle sees that Cartman isn’t the only one who finds no shame in his unhealthy lifestyle. Meanwhile, Cartman discovers he has a rival in America’s Sweetheart, Honey Boo Boo.

Re: Somehow, it's already time for Season 16 of South Park
I'm surprised nobody has talked about the most recent episode yet. Maybe it's because this latest episode sucked dick.
Well, yeah, it did. Does just having an episode loosely based on a current event all that South Park fans care about? I don't think I laughed once.

They only put out about 12 episodes a year so I wait for like three years and then watch them all at once. Isn't it on tv on friday nights? That's kinda a shitty time for tv watching.

True, but it's free to watch on the South Park website, so I thought at least someone else...

Re: Somehow, it's already time for Season 16 of South Park
I watched sarcastaball since it was the top of the torrents.
Pretty good. Had me laughing a couple times. When Randy runs over the kid, for instance.
The constant sarcasm though integral to the plot, gets tiresome to listen to for more than five minutes. I give it 6/10.

I thought the raising bar episode was funny as fuck and said things that need to be said(which is why I really like South Park), but the ending was kinda shitty.
Yeah! Tip assist!!! Woooooo!!

Re: Somehow, it's already time for Season 16 of South Park
I give Matt, Trey, and South Park Studios credit for being able to write and produce an animated television show in 6 days, but I haven't really been digging too many episodes form this season.
What there any ones that stand out in particular?

Re: Somehow, it's already time for Season 16 of South Park
I liked South Park when it was like the original stories and not just parodying/social commentary. I'm not trying to hate what's popular or anything because I'm sure the show is still good, it's just not for me any more.

Re: Somehow, it's already time for Season 16 of South Park
south park has been dull for at least 6 years. i cant believe people still laugh at that shit.
dont you notice they re-run the same joke in each episode 3-4 times?
its a sign they are taking it easy, the content is not original - in fact they generally just do a spoof on a current event.
watching new southparks is not entertaining.

Good to see the thread is taking the same course it's always taken
Last episode was good. I think they've taken the hint about people liking Randy episodes - every one of the second half of this series so far has featured him. I hope SP is maturing into a new niche.

Last night's episode was fucking awesome. I almost pissed my pants at the part when that one operator guy became insecure and called his own company. And when Cartman blew that guy's mind.
Quick! We need hot cocoa and blankets, stat!
