Rc trade is done primarily online. That's why it is banned. Someone asking how to break into a car isn't done online. So the "crime" isn't committed online.

I'm pretty sure conspiracy and racketeering are two charges that can be committed entirely online. But either way I think some physical evidence IRL would be required to conduct a successful prosecution, otherwise I don't think any charges could stick. RC trading still requires a physical transfer by mail or whatever, unless its just someone getting ripped off. In which case it's the fraudster who'd need to be worried about prosecution.

You didn't understand what I said. You are organizing the "criminal" activity. Saying hey I might break into this car later is different than saying hey who wants to help me break into this car later. That's essentially what RC trading is. Organizing is not allowed. Now I don't agree and don't want Rc's to be banned from Zoklet but I'm just trying to help you understand the jew niggers thought process.

I think I understand it now, what they're thinking. They think RC trading is slightly more obviously criminal than some of the discussion in BI - or it's easier to use as a launch point a case/investigation/whatever.

I guess I disagree with them in that I think BI threads would be just as juicy for investigators & prosecutors as an RC trading thread and the admin are fools for thinking it's really any different. In light of recent RC crackdowns though I understand why they're feeling so cowardly.

Yeah notice it only happened after other sites that allowed rc trading got shut down. If the same thing started happening with "BI" forums it would follow suit.
