They would find a person they knew in person(not the Internet...where LE sell it) and then they would trade for cash or sex.

Why would anybody want such information? It is very easy to find ton's of deceased peoples SSN and other personal data online for free. Within days of dying, a dead person's SSN gets reported to the credit bureaus. So attempting to open a loan or bank account with there info would at the very least not work, and could possibly land you in jail for identity theft. Yes, it is still identity theft even if the person is dead.

Not worth anything. THe Actual hard documents would be wonderful to a counterfeiter but thats it.

The deceased's information is added to the Social Security Death Index.

If you're going to use an identity, use one from a person that is still alive.
