If you've got the freebase yeah you can smoke it off foil. Don't think the salt will smoke (could be wrong though).

Prefer it orally personally, for higher dose tripping at least. But can see why you want to smoke it if you don't have much. Would just eat half of that if it was me but cheap as hell and easy to get hold of here so not really a problem.
