ok guys so a couple of the Okuma CNCs at work actually run windows xp...like you can see the start bar when the programs are running

I REALLY REALLY want to find out if I can play Solitaire on them...I would have last night scept the job was kinda hot and I didn't want to jew up the program and have to explain to my boss that I wanted to try and play Solitaire...

one day, when one isn't running, I will find out...

I think the facebook fad is nbearing its expiration date. MySpace was about 6-7 years. Theyve got a good formula, but its only a matter of time before someone does it bigger and better. Everybody always wantsd the newest model.

With that said, facebook is still going to make money before it collapses. So Im going to buy 5 or 10 shares and just flip it.

I'm not even pissed about the deal cuz its not like it went bad, it just never happened. i'm more wondering what the hell happened to him. I'm pretty sure facebooks valuation at 100 billion or whatever is totally inflated. Considering that they don't make nearly enough money to actually be worth that much, that value isn't really based in reality. I have a feeling their stock is not going to perform that well after the IPO.

Do you use ladder logic support for the PLC for the okumas? if it isn't a powerful enough processor that shit will crash if you open anything else on xp.
