"On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast," the statement said. "John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution.

I love the american legal system.
Get sexually assaulted by a normal citizen and said citizen gets sent to jail.
Get sexually assaulted by someone famous with a lot of money and said famous person is sued for millions.
Money should have nothing to do with this. If travolta is guilty he should be sent to jail, his finances are not relevant to the crime he committed.
