Stop being deliberately obtuse. Sarcasm in speech is primarily conveyed through context and tone/inflection of voice. In books the author will usually have to provide additional descriptions about how the character is acting, to convey sarcasm other than through dialogue alone.

In some random forum post shat out in under a minute, sarcasm or irony can be hard to detect. Especially if you don't know what the fuck they're going on about, as with SMU's post talking about me thinking i'm higher and mightier than everyone else which nonplussed me as i've never thought that.
