BACK ACNE

I can't reach back there to do most things that I would otherwise do, and it's too large an area to use the same shit I'd spread on my face. Most things I would imagine to involve a scrubbing implement, such as a loofah or washcloth.

I've read that it's caused by heated oils, trans fats, etc. Which I've cut out of my diet, but with minimal results.

HELP, I WANT TO GO THE BEACH WITH MY FRIENDS

What do you do for this problem, zoklet?

Go to a dermatologist, they will perscribe you a drug, 9 months later your acne is gone.

My other suggestion would be go to the beach, saltwater + sand is really good for acne. Not even kidding

My diet is mostly vegan, with lots of whole grains, plenty of fruit, a variety of vegetables, juices and lots of tea. Olive oil is also a staple.

No steroid use here, I'm kind of a wimp. And I'd prefer not to go to a dermatologist, although as a last resort it's still a possibility.

I don't plan to. There's no need for it, I can just eat maintain a healthy balanced diet. Pills kill.

Less Juice or just no more fruit juices. Go outside and get some sunlight. Lay on a beach Towel or something. Start taking Flax Oil as a supplement or with food and cooking with coconut oil as well as olive oil, only extra virgin. Buy "organically" or just sufficiently healthier looking.
