What freaks people out more though is that I can change the size of my pupils at will. I can also increase my heart rate at command.

I can change my heart rate when I want. Sometimes I fuck with nurses taking my blood pressure because I can drop it quite a bit if I do some deep, diaphragmatic breathing. I use this same technique to sleep, but this way I can stay conscious while I'm sleeping.

But I think anybody can do these things once they figure it out.

My dad taught me how to compress the air in my mouth so that you can blow little rings of "smoke". It hurts the insides of your cheeks and the area that connects your lower jaw to your ears, but it's kinda cool. Like when you twist up a plastic bottle and unscrew the cap quickly so that it shoots off, that smoke comes out. That's what I can do with my mouth.

See my earlier post, I can reverse both feet as well but walking that way is really difficult since its impossible to bend your knees

I think I just figured it out. Was easier than I thought, but never would have guessed it can only be done while cross-eyed. Wouldn't it be weird if you could move both your eyes in different directions?
