That's good for wisdom teeth. A lot of docs give out codeine. I only got 5s. I've heard of some kids getting percs, but only when they had really impacted teeth.

Not going to happen. With some small surgery like that, getting 7.5mg Hydrocodone is a really big leap, I am surprised they are giving you that much.

I just a few days ago had 3 removed, with only local anasthetics. Had my gums cut open and a bone saw used, I took shitloads of xanax to stop my self getting nervous when my whole head was vibrating from the bone saw. What did I get prescribed? Ibuprofen and antibiotics. I went to the pharmacy and picked up some tramadol, but it still fucking hurts like a mofo. I'd KILL for some Vicodin 7.5's.

I was admitted to the hospital for a hand infection. It was pretty much swollen up like a balloon but didn't look bad or anything. Well I had to have a 45 minute surgery so they could cut open my hand and clean it out. It was only like a 1 inch cut but, after they had me one 2 lortab 5/325's every 4 hours, and a shot of dilaudid every 4 hours. So basiclly I could get my tabs at noon, dilaudid at 2:00, tabs at 4:00 and so on.

I mean I don't think I was in need of being so doped up but me being me, yeah I was sad to learn that I was leaving the hospital one day. I would watch the clock and beep that fucking nurse on the fucking minute almost. But my point being, it's certainly depends on how leniant your doctor will be. Some doctor's actually care about their patients.

Just take whatever they give you at first and act appreciative. Then give it a day or two, try calling the dr or going up there and tell him that the pain is throbbing and keeping you from getting the sleep you NEED at night time, to the point it's messing with your daily activities. And of course have proper body language while describing all this.

If all is a success, you will leave with anywhere from 10-60 of any various painkiller. And if you do as STD said and tell the doc you've "tried" those before and didn't work. That will probably send up flag's in the dr's head.

They only give you 7.5's? They gave me 15mg lortab when I got mine out but that was a long time ago. But then again I only got 30 of em.

No lortab is not roxycodone you fucking momo, its hydrocodone and APAP just like vicodin. Maybe it's you who should get educated. And 30 isn't a lot my little brother got 60 10mg vicodin, your doctor just sucks balls. Plus this was in the early 90's, like I said a long time ago. I know lortab is not the same as roxycodone, did I say it was the same? I meant if you actually got a painkiller that was 15mg's it was most likely roxycodone. Because as far as i'm concerned lortabs only go up to 10, unless you compound the meds, which a doctor would not need to do for wisdom teeth.

I went to the dentist today. Told her about the pain I've been having at night and how tired I was today because I couldn't sleep throughout the pain. She gave me a script for Tylenol #3, but it doesn't work at all. She told me to deal with the pain for a few more years. How can I ask for stronger medicine? Should i just call her now?
