NY state and 'spice'

TLDR main point below...


I'm well aware of the various bans that are now in effect. Searching, I can find the banned ones but can't seem to figure out what kinds/brands are still sold.

The reason I ask is I'm in MA. The local bodega ghetto gas station carries mr. happy garbage, the strongest being atomic. They're all 2nd gen (post fed ban) I believe.... in any case I assume they are, because they changed and I did some research. It's $15 for 4 grams, which is fine BUT the fucking guy CONSTANTLY runs out.

TLDR: I called a NY state headshop about spice and he said of the 2 kinds they're legally carrying, they're like super potent (guy said one was about 3-4x stronger than mr happy/nice guy stuff and said the stronger variant was 3-4x stronger than that). BUT he's charging $50 for 3.5g and $65? for the stronger.
Anybody know what brands/type this could be before I take the drive??? And will super strong shit make me have psychosis or will it put me to sleep?
