My take on cigarettes are that they possess a quality that is beneficial. A cigarette provides you with a 2/3 minute pause button on life where you go into your head and introspect or mull over your life's problems. You also smoke heaps of them a day so your given a ton of time a day allotted to analyze things.
Granted many dont when they smoke, but a large majority do. Also this trait isnt exactly reserved only for smoking, you can get the same effect from walking or cleaning and they are alot fucking healthier.... but still all in all I like cigarettes. It's a stress reliever and a break on life that reoccurs enough in my day to where it balances out that oh so crippling damage it does to just about every part of me

I feel like a fucking crackhead doing it, it tastes like ass, and I can never finish the whole thing, but it will get you by in an emergency. I have never did it in front of anyone, my little secret type deal.

Has anyone tried Chantix? I'm thinking about getting a prescription this week.

If a bunch of people have done this at one point in secret, then how did it get to be a bunch of people?

Chantix works, but has some crazy side effects. I took it, thought I was and x-man because my eyes changed focus without my consent and I bleed through my nose. Gave the rest of them to a buddy and he reported nightmares.

I'd personally recomend nicotine lozenges. Had success with them so far.

Try bupropion before you try Chantix, everyone I know IRL who has tried Chantix had nothing but problems with it, bupropion is Wellbutrin/Zyban if you need to know
