Illinois State Representative Explodes over Legislative Measure

Apparently the Illinois state legislature had been debating pension reform for a while, when at the last minute the House Speaker introduced a bill hundreds of pages long, calling for a quick vote without giving representatives a chance to read through the contents of the bill. Republican state representative Mike Bost lost it, and delivered quite the rant. Enjoy:
