My downstairs neighbors are moving IS WHATS GOOD!!!!

I don't know what I'm gonna do first, maybe have a party. Theyre not cleared out yet as their bitch-ass bicycles are still on the porch (fire hazard) but it's never too early to start planning.

A lovely back history.
This couple supposedly has been here for a long time, and their parents as well, so they feel like royalty by default. I knew the husband as the occasional maintenance man as I was in another building (smaller apts) and then moved.
Never had much of an issue except for my girlfriend swearing up and down panties and stuff would be missing. They weren't my panties, so like a gentlemen, I didn't give a shit.

Then I move over here. My nephew would come over and play (he's 7) occasionally after school if I was watching him for my sister, and we'd find stuff to do for him outside when we could, but sometimes wed play games in the hallway corridor. I'm generally pretty neighbor conscious so when possible I'd tell him not to stomp or make an excess amount of what I dub "kid noise" but sometimes fun gets loud.
One time while playing he came up and asked us to try keep it down, although it was middle of day and not 9pm I understood and found something less noisy for us to do.
I don't hold grudges like an idiot over these things and thought not much else of it... could have been working odd hours but the reason didn't matter, he asked nicely and that's all I expect.
My ex at the time worked mornings and had to be to work very early, so generally she went to work at 6-7. One night, it was past 10 and I heard a dull bass coming from under us, although they listened to country. (Don't ask how, but they found country with bass)
I didn't have working headphones at the time, and it bothered my ex (which in turn bothered me with the nagging) so i decided to go down there and quietly ask them to turn the bass down. I couldnt make out the words afterall, it was just the low-end.
I knock and the female answers the door and I say (POLITE AS CAN BE)
"Yeah can you turn down the bass just a little, I myself don't mind but my girlfriend can't sleep."

The she-beast got this look in her eyes like she had been accused of murder and replied VERY angrily "WELL WHY DONT YOU TELL YOU KIIIID TO NOT BE SO LOUD AFTER SCHOOL, I JUST GOT HOME I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT UR TALKING ABOUT BLAH BLAH"

I firmly interjected "Look, I wasn't being rude, I thought it more reasonable to come ask you than call the police like I hear you two love to do, sorry for being neighborly" and walked away.
The guy ended up come and shaking my hand later that night understanding. The wife was the cop caller and just a total c*ntbag. (aren't most all?)

These were white people, to this day my new pet peeve is when you're polite and honest with someone to their face and they react poorly. It makes my blood fucking boil.

Anyway, my ex and I had quite a few arguments that extended beyond the healthy shout, although I never intended them to go there, women just have that stupid emotional reaction to logic that just misses men off....no excuse but I wouldn't want to live under ME either, my neighborly niceness just goes out the window after bullshit excuses to fight that she would come up with.
So I'm taking my nephew out to play ball and he asks them "Why are you moving?"

Their little one is like "Because of yooou." (The fighting and stomping)
The dad lies "That isn't the reason, Jesse"

AND THATS WHATS SO GOOOOOOODDDDD ABOUT IT!!!!

Nice one. I feel your pain man, living in apartments fucking sucks. I've dealt with shit like you are talking about soooo many times. After a few years of that shit I finally started renting rooms in houses. The place I'm at now is huge, in a nice neighborhood with a decent yard. My roommates and I get along and rarely see eachother at all. If there is an issue we talk it out like adults and come to a compromise. Best part is I can live close to the city without paying a ton of money to live in the ghetto. 10 to 15 mins to downtown Seattle with none of the headaches.

I'm in West Seattle. You grew up in Kent? LOL. I had an apartment out there for a couple of years. Worst place I've ever lived besides SeaTac, I was out by the main bus station off of James though. I know there are much nicer areas.

But yeah honestly, it is embarassing knowing I let fights get so loud and constant that it made the neighbors move out, but we never had the cops called on us, maybe once.
Sad thing is it honestly was never my fault. Sure I'm nitpicky, and I don't put UP with unwarranted bullshit, but that by no means makes me a MEAN person.

I have a huge, heavy lump of high-density foam which I use to pound the walls, ceiling and floor of my flat when the neighbours (in any direction) are noisy. The trick is to hit the wall with a large, soft, and heavy object so that the whole wall vibrates.
