Does GABA do anything for you?

Because I think it does something for me. All it does is make me feel somewhat sedated, but I'm not anxious at all. (Sometimes I get panic attacks.)

So does it benefit any of you, or do you find it useless?

It definitely has benefits. Good state of mood. Watch out for clumsiness aka "the droppies." DO NOT OPERATE A VEHICLE. Go for a walk, sing a song, lay down in bed and listen to music and get the best sleep ever.
Repeat daily.

I've only use it where it is bound to niacin in picamilon. Where it goes into the brain and separates into it's components.

Pica has lots of mostly positive word on the net.
