I'm after one of the most disturbing videos known to the Internet, I posted this years and years ago on totse to everyone's disgust as it turned my own stomach that badly. It was a young Brazilian boy sitting on a gurney in an operating theatre with doctors not exactly knowing how to go about treating the pulsing wound on the side if his head, about the circumference of a baseball and packed full of maggots like sardines in a can side by side. All of a sudden, after some interference, the maggots react and this is the real kicker in the footage.
