I know, I was walking around Safeway this afternoon with a Kilkenny in one hand and a precision controlled driftting nd pirouetting trolley in the other. When I went down the liquor aisle I cursed myself for not helping myself to a cold slug of bourbon.

I work at Safeway, but apparently not in the right state.

Our liquer is kept in a special section, constantly monitored by camera and the manager who stays close by. The good stuff is under lock and key, and if you even walk into the booze area a little robot voice comes on over the intercom and says, "Thank you for choosing Safeway. A manager will be right with you."

I have a morning still-drunk dream just before. Here in Pennsylvania, you can only by liquor at liquor stores, too. You can't like, go into a grocery store or any other store and buy it. PA laws are really gay.

can someone give me an update on this shit? I saw some wine at walmart and I couldn't believe my eyes. I tried to relay this to my friend at work and he wouldn't believe me. I was starting to doubt my memory till I saw this thread.
