I did their little evaluation thingy last year and I'm a 4.

The assignments or whatever are just so vague and stupid I gave up half way through the first one.

i found some other site where you can type out captchas for pennies and make about the same as text broker.

I'm pretty sure Textbroker pays better, but if the captchas go fast enough it might be worth it. I'll check it out, but probably end up sticking with TB.
