What processor type is currently active in your PC?

I've got an Intel Pentium Core i7 - 1.73 Ghz.

Still can't notice the difference from the Dual Core.

I think mine is the lowest possible - it's 1.73 Ghz.

I think also that anything above a Pentium Dual Core 2.5 is a hoax.

It was the best possible architecture, now Intel ruined it with bullshit.

I had a single core 3.2ghz processor that I held off on upgrading forever because I waited for them so come out with a quad core that had a higher frequency.

Dude...they don't make 1.7Ghz i7's unless maybe for a mobile platform. I don't recall any quad core processor from Intel that has come below 2Ghz ever. So the question is. What is your actual processor and its model, hell it might not even be a quad.

Use CPU-Z to find that out, doesn't even need installation.

In a programming sense, it's actually right to call both memory, one your normal memory and the other your secondary memory. 1Tb memory would be considered a memory if his swap/pagefile otherwise he just called storage memory. But in a crude way, it's still the same thing.
