I've tried all sorts of lube and oil based is the only thing that I personally like.

Condoms become useless with oil based lube because the latex disintegrates in it, so you're left with using water based lube, which is just awful and lame and dries out too fast and hurts.

For those of you who are ashamed of buying lube: buy hypoallergenic baby oil. It rivals $50 sex shop lube yet it costs $2, it doesn't have an odor because hypoallergenic oil doesn't have any perfume or additives, and it makes your dick, hands, and butt as soft as a newborn baby.

In all seriousness it's never gonna be the same as knowing you're going to have someone to go outside and look at the stars with. I dumped a really nice girl and I have been with quite a few hotties since then, but you know what? I still go to the places we used to and kick myself for how she's gone, never coming back, I did it, and no woman, even if I get close will be exactly the same.

It's like I say, promiscuity is easy. Getting to know someone and going through all the trials and tribulations of a relationship (especially at a younger age where both partners have a lot of people wanting them and the temptation "well if I just stay with one person will I have missed out on all the rest?") is a lot harder, and an individual has to decide if they want just one or a few, and at least be HONEST to themselves and others about it. I stand by what I said. Real togetherness and growth is not as easy as a motel room and a 1 hr fuck. I do feel at this point, being with one person is definitely more natural, but everyone has their own path.

The truth of the matter is when that one person is gone, it's inevitable to either be promiscuous or find someone else, you will go nuts. However to "stay limited to promiscuity" might be a bad idea, I think if there's a feeling of togetherness one wants to experience with just one person, go for it. The real answer to the question is there is none, I guess.

Like others said, it gets boring. But in today's 40 hr shifts and bullshit greed driven society, the days of being 17, rocking out, fucking all day with your gf and not giving a shit about money or time are over. *Sigh* been thinking about this a LOT lately, and all the one night stands in the world can't change it, simply because they will never be close with you, ever. I PRAY one day this world embraces the idea of 20 hour workweeks, haha. I cannot help but realize I was happiest when I had no money, one woman, friends, and free concerts outside in the hot summer. There's just something about being with one person that you just don't want to waste the time and energy forming a bond with another girl.

And like I said, those times WILL come up, and are you man enough not to cheat or to forgive her if she does? It's not easy for anyone to deal with, it's just life.

I think that any people, male or female, who have a high enough number of sex partners usually do it because they want attention or have some kind of psychological issues with the opposite sex. At least in my experience. Rarely, some people are just really into sex as an intellectual pursuit.
