Point: I've been here since Feb' 2009, lurked since 2005, been a total jackass here [sometimes] since... mid last-year.

Anyway, point is, even if I disagree and argue with people, including moderator and admins...

I have been infracted one time, because 5.56 is a fucking dumbass. It was my first infraction, and first disciplinary action I've ever had, including on totse, which I was a member of since 2004.

I've been a moderator.

I post really stupid, but usually relevant replies, I have few thanks, but more than most in correlation with my post count, and I also do not post daily.

I have seen a lot on this forum, and totse, and I mean a lot of stupid people. None that I have seen have been as naturally annoying, and as much of a complete idiot as STD is.

The obsession with wanting to be a moderator is beyond idiotic. It is nothing special to be a moderator. No one cares. The fact that STD is so obsessed with the idea of reaching the magical "moderator" position is ridiculous.

STD: you will likely never become a moderator. If you do, the administrator who made the decision is a complete fucking idiot and doesn't deserve to own a set of lungs.

This individual simply re-created syphilis' hotmail account after it expired and reset the password on the account, then used the same trick to reset the password on syphilis' Imgur photodrop account and posted his pics from there. Even a 10 year old with his Grampa sleeping in a back room coulda done it. He figured he'd be made an instant mod if he pulled it all off, and now that his plan has failed he's decided to just push the request in all of your faces just because he has nothing to lose at this point but a basically useless account. If really he hadda been smart he woulda posted some great content in a particular forum over a period of months and he would have been almost guaranteed to succeed, but you know... 99 times out of a 100 stupid people are hasty and sloppy. Instead of taking their time and making it count, they blow their entire wad in the first three minutes of intercourse.

He also made two fatal errors:

1. He said he'd never been registered on Totse, but syphilis WAS on Totse.

2. He said he lurked in 2005 on Zoklet, but I was here in 2005, and there was basically nothing to lurk in 2005. There was maybe a single post a week and you could read all the posts on the forum in a matter of minutes. Nobody would "lurk" a site that gets a post a week.

The truth is, although bans on failures like DaGuru get a lot of attention, there have been some infractions/bans that shouldn't have happened. Most of the mods do a great job, but there are a couple of bad apples from time to time (the more emotional ones, usually), and sometimes even good mods make mistakes.
