Agree or Disagree? "The word "nigger" is a great word that's spoiled by it's meaning"

The sides of this argument I've heard are:

A) "Nigger" is an exquisitely formed word, with a tip-of-tongue consonant, then two hard consonants from the middle of the tongue and finally a rolling consonant at the end from curling your tongue back. This forms a whip-like lashing motion with your tongue and is one of the more pleasing, easy to pronounce and impactfully formed words in the language. However, the racist and negative connotations of the term spoil a brilliantly crafted word, where it could and should simply be used as a way of referring to a friend in a colloquial manner.

B) "Nigger" is a word that isn't specially well formed but it's the racist and negative connotation that makes it such an impactful and satisfying word in the first place.

C) The word "nigger" is a bad word because it's not specially well formed and is a racist, negative and ignorant term.

D) The word "nigger" should be held to consistent standards; if black people can say "nigger" without fear, non-black people should be able to say it too otherwise it's an infringement on my freedom of speech. Conversely, if it's wrong for white people to say "nigger", black people shouldn't say it either. Beyond that, the word and it's meaning is not wrong or right in and of itself.

B) Most certainly, but D) too. It doesn't magically become a completely different word because you can't/don't pronounce a hard R.

I was actually contemplating this just yesterday. Nigger is nice to say and rolls off the tongue. I even have the word tattooed on my ankle, it looks so damn nice.

Yeah, that's because Khadafy was importing blacks as mercenaries to suppress the rebellion. Arabs know about the popularity of Islam among black Americans, and my black friends who visit the Middle East have discussions with Arabs who draw parallels between the suffering of Arabs under American backed despots and the suffering of blacks in the US. Why do you think the Iranians released the black and female hostages long before they released the rest, instead of killing them? Same with black GIs in Vietnam, they would release black and hispanic POWs while killing or detaining the white ones. Soul, same same.
