For me, it would have to be Methamphetamine combined with more Methamphetamine. I was crashing hard, but I didn't realize my heart was still racing until I redosed, then I started to get pains. My heart hurt for 6 days after. Not really a combo I suppose.

Probably using Oxycodone a couple hours after a Cocaine bender was unsafe, IDK.
