I think the rules should just be enforced more - the 1 change per person. I disliked my old name, and actually thought about this one before picking it.

I don't care either way if my name gets changed back, whatever. I changed mine because my old name was basically meaningless and I didn't like it anymore, this fits better for me on this website.

I can understand why some people want name changes (IE personal/privacy reasons, having a overcomplicated/borderline retarded name they don't like anymore, etc etc).
