it's kinda sweet-and-sour, but not really. More like spicy and sweet and sour. Closest thing I can say is those Mexican spicy chewy ball thingies you can buy from Marshall's, but they're nowhere close to as good. You gotta try it to understand. They're damn good. Koldskål with kammerjunkers. Best meal in the world in the summer heat. It amazes me how this is basically not eaten anywhere outside of Denmark, or so I think. So delicious.
