My friend's younger brother used to watch a lot of Sesame Street when he was a little kid. The black guy on that show's name was Gordon. The kid thought all black people were "Gordons". A black dude came to fix their TV once and he walked up and said "this Gordon looks ugly and mean, not like the Gordon on TV".

I live in the south and my eighty year old grandmother has never heard the word Monday used as a racial slur.
This story stinks of overly sensitive niggatry and bullshit. Don't get me wrong, here. I don't like cops that are racist or that abuse their power, but that just doesn't seem the case here. The case, it would seem, is a dumbass that got butthurt because someone did a little name calling. It's a racial slur for the simple fact that he's black. Nothing more. He could have called him a broom stick and it would have been a racial slur just because it hurt the nice black man's feelings.
