Lol, fuck. Shouldn't have dropped man, I had a wave of archers right near Boston, could have retaken it for you. Well, I retook it, spawned a gen and owned the shit out of them both, they kept trying to retake Boston. They came for a second invasion a while later JUST as I had gotten those crossbowmen and so raeped their armies again, then as I was preparing to wipe out the french dude the game crashed, lol.

Lanny we should try playing again sometime. One of the guys I played with just now had a pin about as shitty as yours and the game ran smoothly, dunno what was up the other day.

Your call. I think most people don't have the DLC so you'd probably be playing alone, but the God and Kings expansion does look pretty cool.

Hmmmm, since I can't buy Gods And Kings as a bundle and all the other DLC doesn't look massively compelling, I think I'll just go for the regular ol' copy and maybe Gs&Ks expansion.

$30 isn't too unreasonable, though you should have gotten it during the Steam sale

. The GOTY edition is bullshit, you don't really need to DLC's to play a fun game, though some of the factions are sweet (The Inca

). I'll probably pick up Gods & Kings during the winter sale.

I didn't even have to build an army either lol, I was in the most southeast corner so the only way people could get to me was by naval and it was already like 2000 AD before I saw anyone else lol
