Why even ask. Call the number and say fucking X product is broken, give PID, get item. Did you expect there to be some "secret password" that all customer service reps know? Also, this isn't social engineering, at all. It's calling and saying your shits broken. No psychology or deception used.

Stupid Serf, It doesn't matter if the program works or not. It contains a fucking Trojan Horse in the file.

I'm not pulling some bullshit, I ran the file through VirusTotal. It ran the file through all those antivirus scanners and came back with those results. It's not a false positive. Oh, and VirusTotal sends there files to antivirus companies to analyse and add to the scanner. Your very welcome.

well there are nicer ways to tell someone that a file they thought was clean is not other than all caps and to be abusive had you have politley informed me about this issue instead none of this would have happened.

I care about the members here, I don't want anyone getting some sort of virus or crap and have there computer destroyed. When someone new uploads a file and tries to get people to download it, I suspect things. Sorry if you just re-uploaded that file, but it's virus ridden.

You should probably restore your operating system as the virus is a really bad variant of the Zeus Trojan. Zeus's main goal is to collect passwords and banking information. Unless Members of BI like having there bank accounts vanish overnight, I wouldn't recommended downloading that file.

I think when 32 programs detect a file, its safe to assume its infected and not a false positive. Maybe if it was 2 programs you could assume but 32 companies noticed the file as a virus. That's not good....
