Making myself throw up

How do I do this safely? I can't use the two fingers down the throat method anymore because last I did it I ended up puking blood(nothing dangerous, just a tear in my esophagus). Is there anything I can eat or drink that'll do the trick? I need this because I periodically suffer from excessive stomach acid build up, which makes me feel bloated and unable to eat anything cause I feel constantly full. I've gotten some meds from my doctor that prevent my stomach from producing acid, but it doesn't take care of what's already there, so I need your help.

I posted this in BLTC because I figure this forum has the highest probability of being able to answer this question, and it might involve drugs.

Try smoking weed. Acid Reflux is one of the medical conditions you need to get your marijuana license. Personally it does the trick for me.

Here's how I do it, but then again, this took practice and a very weak stomach to pioneer. I just sit still, think about something nauseating, and breathe in with my lungs, but not my mouth/nose. Like, I try to inhale, but don't let any air come in. After a few minutes, and with no discernible outward difference, the vomit comes.

6 bottles of water back to back, you should vomit by the 4th bottle. If you dont vomit by the 6th...idk dont die.

You know when you force a burp (belch) out you tense up your abs??
Do that for long enough while forcing up imaginary burps and you'll throw up a tiny bit in the back of your mouth, then this will initiate your gag reflex and cause you to hurl properly.
Voila you've just thrown up all on your own.

It helps if you drink a pint of water beforehand.

The only time I've had to do this, I took a fuckton of salt and mixed it into some lukewarm water. Drink 3 glasses and hold on.

Trust me, soon enough you'll puke.

I used to do it to get off school, I also got free drinks showing people I could throw up when we were at the pub.

If you want to take immediate care of excessive stomach acid add a teaspoon of sodiumbicarbonate to 500ml of lukewarm water, when it's dissolved take a sip of that and observe as your acid problem fades away.

I don't have a problem with acid reflux or anything like that, it's just that the excess acid bloats my stomach and makes me feel full constantly. It's terrible.

If you really need to puke, mix some lukewarm milk and mustard. That's what my boulimic niece always did. Coke and milk works too.

However, from what I understand there really are better solutions. Have you tried sodium bicarbonate? Costs near nothing, always does the trick for me. A teaspoon in a glass of water. Tastes like shit but works wonders. Really, the first burp after drinking it is pure heaven. It's like cumming air out of your mouth.
