i only own 2 pairs of jeans right now as i'm backpacking and can't afford the space in my pack for more. i wear one and pack the other. but yesterday it was scorching and i was on the beach, i ripped my shorts so thought nothing of cutting down one of the jeans to make some instant shorts for the beach. but then i have more sense than money and did'nt spend a stupid amount on them after all. lol.
