I'd get a part-time job if I didn't have to follow a schedule and it paid over $20 an hour and if it wasn't for the crippling taxes and government ruining the private sector through regulations, taking the fun out of it by making you comply with useless garbage that doesn't even accomplish anything, like work and food safety regulations, and don't get me started if you want to into the financial sector. Then there's all the fun jobs they've destroyed, such as the drug trade, and all the work they make impossible due to the minimum wage making it illegal for people to work for less than a certain amount. And then there's licensing, which is just a cover to limit competition in fields, and the gov being involved in higher education, which causes people to waste countless hours taking classes that have nothing to do with whatever work they're planning on doing. I'm a full-time student and that's my focus, but I currently make around $15 writing freelance and doing web content for folks. I also occasionally do drafting/AutoCAD for people, though not as often. I used to wait tables for good money but my degree makes that impossible. I can't have a regular work schedule of any kind, not with my course load and research (which is unpaid )

I'm a Mechanical Return Bend machine operator working 32 hours a week. I get paid less than $300 a week but am currently working under a temp service so as soon as I get hired from the company it'll be more. I like the work so it works for me

I'm a software developer intern at a huge tech corporation. I think it pays pretty well and the job is actually pretty fun!
