What about the following worthless mods?


PirateJoe. He hasnt done ANYTHING in W&C in a very, very long time. To illustrate this point, his last post in W&C was 10-13-2010. The search function tells me that he has only posted in W&C 25 times EVER. If he doesnt qualify as an absentee mod, I dont know who does.


JoePedo. Last post was 4-30-2012. He hasnt contributed to his forum since 4-09-2012. He should be demodded for being absentee; and executed for being a pedophile.


AdMech. Last post 4-22-2012. He hasnt done shit for R&S since 4-20-2012. Replace him with an established mod to babysit zanick. That is, until zanick gets himself demodded.


Patton. No posts or noticable activity in Der Politek since 6-02-2012.


Jukebox_Hero. Although he appears to be back, he was absent for 5+ months earlier this year. Demod immediately.




(inb4 Lanny defends these worthless mods again. If they are actively modding, but not posting, then provide proof in this thread. If they arent actively doing their jobs, then they should be immediately demodded. Your argument about keeping them around "just because" is bullshit and stupid.)

Roasted: Your concerns are noted but in the last 4 days I have removed 5 mods, and added one - yet you haven't bothered to note this. Not everything is going to happen at once as I attempt to contact each individual mod.

Then when it comes to choosing a replacement mod we have to go through options on who could fill the position (takes a couple of days) and then I have to ask the person if they're willing. In the case of R&S I asked someone who declined (adding a further day) and then decide on someone else. I then had to wait for zanick to PM me back, and then today I was able to add him.

If I don't go through the process of trying to pick someone suitable bitches moan and unsuitable mods get chosen.

In some cases in the past there hasn't actually been ANYONE suitable to pick for certain forums.


I can tell you that AdMech advised us of his absence (which is allowed!) and that there is suitable cover in his forums to accommodate that absence.

I made a very similar thread back in MAY. This problem didnt happen overnight. Its been going on for a long time, and you have been neglecting it for a long time. Nobody gives a fuck that you had to take one extra day to choose zanick. The problem has been on-going for a long time.

Dont try to sell me some sob story about replacing 5 mods in 4 days. Perhaps if you regularly moderated this site you wouldnt have these problems. Perhaps you could ask for user input and make an educated decision when adding new mods (instead of randomly choosing fucktards like zanick).

I also dont buy your bullshit about there are no suitable substitutes. There are +1800 active members on this site. Surely there are a few members that are capable of modding (I can think of at least 5 members right now that would be suitable mods). Also, aside from a handful of good mods, for the most part your mod team is fucking retarded. Lets face it, you have made some horrible choices in the recent past regarding mods (Exhibit A: RDP).

Additionally, absences of 4 and 5 months arent ok. They should be de-modded, regardless if you were notified or not. 1 or even 2 month absences? Maybe. 5 fucking months? No.





In short, either pay attention to this site and do your job as admin, or GTFO
