Handcuffed Teen kills self in police car - with news video

Even though the investigation is on going the police have decided that the teen strangled himself to death with the seatbelt.

When asked what the appropriate time that a person should he left alone in the police car, the police say that since the investigation is not finished, and that gem of a question can not be answered.

So WTF? The investigation starts at the conclusion that the teen commits suicide and then works backwards to get the facts that fit the conclusion!!

Strange way to conduct an investigation.
