The problem is that the MDMA is constricting your veins (as any stimulant/empathogen will do slightly). This can make you nauseous or cause the problem you're experiencing. The easiest solution is to smoke weed and take 400 mg of ibuprofen about 30min before rolling.

tl:dr, 400mg ibuprofen+bud=super MDMA boner.
